Basic - £500/month

This package is based on hosting via the "Drupal on Steroids" system provided by our partners at Omega8.cc. It includes:

  • Drupal hosted on a managed Linux server
  • Drupal core updates
  • Security patches
  • Drupal module updates
  • Ticketed support
  • Online support control planel
  • Guaranteed 48 hour response time
  • 8 hours/month support time included

There is a cap of eight hours per month on the Basic support and hosting retainer, covering all activity. You will be kept abreast of the number of hours worked and the works undertaken via your online support control panel. The rate for any overage is £70/hour.

Intermediate - £990/month

This package is also based on hosting via the "Drupal on Steroids" system provided by our partners at Omega8.cc. The fundamental difference between this package and the Basic package is the response time. The Intermediate package guarantees a quick turnaround of your support ticket.

Enterprise - £variable, depends on hardware and service requirements

Together with our partners at Ixis IT we are able to offer Enterprise-level support and maintenance of your Drupal system. Using Rackspace to provision hardware and with Ixis managing that hardware, we offer front-line support for your application and your users.

Payment Policy

Payment of all invoices must be received within 30 days of issue of invoice(s). Failure to pay invoices during ongoing development iterations may result in all work being halted. Late payment of invoices will incur statutory fees and charges.

Prices also exclude any expenses for travel, subsistence, accommodation or materials.
