At CMS Professionals we have just finalised our first full year of accounts, ready for publishing. This gave us an opportunity to review our progress to date and our 5 year plan.
The good news is we have performed astonishingly well with a sales and marketing budget of precisely zero! However, we want to grow and to grow we need to do better. Considering our progress without any budget, just imagine what we'll achieve when we start taking sales and marketing seriously.
